From ceviche to superfoods, Perú Mucho Gusto brings the flavors, creativity, and traditions of Perú to Brooklyn for a three-day cultural feast.
NEW YORK, Sept. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Perú Mucho Gusto Culinary Festival, organized by the Commission for the Promotion of Perú for Exports and Tourism (PROMPERÚ), has officially announced the full lineup of exhibitors for its highly anticipated U.S. debut in New York City, September 19–21, 2025 at Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse.
The festival will bring together 14 Peruvian restaurants from New York and New Jersey, alongside a vibrant Superfoods & Lifestyle Pavilion featuring leading Peruvian export companies. Visitors are now invited to register for free entry at Perú Mucho Gusto

Attendees can expect a fully immersive experience over three days, with live cooking demonstrations, interactive tastings, cultural performances, and masterclasses that showcase the depth and diversity of Peruvian gastronomy. From hands-on workshops with chefs to sampling superfoods and artisanal products, Perú Mucho Gusto offers visitors a chance to engage with Peru's culinary and cultural heritage like never before. The festival also highlights Peru's world-renowned Pisco, with dedicated tasting sessions, mixology demonstrations, and seminars led by experts such as Johnny Schuller and Claudia Moquillaza, giving visitors an authentic and educational exploration of Peru's iconic spirit. Culinary visionaries Flavio Solórzano Álvarez—celebrated for his research and publications on regional Peruvian cuisines and Andean superfoods—and Javier Ángeles Berón, founder of the Peruvian American Chef Association and a leading promoter of Peruvian gastronomy in the U.S., will host interactive sessions, share their expertise, and provide visitors with an authentic and educational exploration of Peru's flavors, techniques, and ingredients.
Since its launch in 2008, Perú Mucho Gusto has become the country's flagship gastronomic event, with 28 editions across 12 regions of Perú. This year, the festival expanded internationally for the first time with a successful debut in Madrid.
Perú Mucho Gusto New York will be the festival's North American debut and is expected to welcome 5,000+ visitors over three days to celebrate the colors, flavors, and traditions of Perú in New York City.
